Vitamin B3. this causes certain reaction in some people who are allergic to it. Such reaction are mainly body itching.

Fat soluble vitamins.


They include A, D, E and K. They are absorbed in fat and stored. Note that the water soluble vitamin are not stored in the body., unlike water- soluble vitamins which is required on a daily basis. It could even be poisonous if consumed in excess. Fat soluble vitamins perform function such as the maintenance of skin, bones, teeth, eye sight and the hair. It is mostly common in green vegetables and tomatoes.
