Hgh Vitamins.

Hgh vitamins are human growth hormone vitamins. These are vitamins that are supposed to supplement the hgh (Human Growth Hormone) in our bodies and possibly reduce the rate of the aging process in our body.
Hgh is the most plentiful hormone produced by the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is situated in the middle of the human brain. The pituitary gland secretes human growth hormone, which helps in a range of health functions of the human body.
From research, it has been discovered that, our levels of HGH start to drop at about the age of 30 years. From then on, our levels of HGH continue to drop at a consistent rate. In actual fact, some experts maintain that our HGH levels lessen by as much as 80 percent or more over time.

This drop in our HGH levels is believed by many researchers to be the cause of many health problems and diseases associated with modern aging - such as;

1. weight gain,
2. reduced energy,
3. muscle loss,
4. wrinkles,
5. declining mental alertness,
6. weakened immune system,
7. vision problems
8. and more.

So, what these researchers are saying is that declining HGH levels has a direct relationship with the aging process.

So how do we increase our HGH levels.

The hgh levels can be increased in three ways. The human growth hormone injections, human growth hormone oral sprays and herbal supplements which boost your body's HGH levels naturally

Human growth hormone Injections

From available reports and studies HGH injections do work. There are some disadvantages to using this method though. Firstly, the injections maybe taken two or three times a day. And recombinant (injectable) growth hormone is a drug that is available by prescription only and since it is not a "classified disease" your injections are not covered by insurance. Also remember that these injections use scientifically mage HGH and are therefore not natural. So the likelihood of side effect is high.

In fact, in a July 5, 1990 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, it was found that some patients undergoing injections suffered from various adverse side effects.
So while using hgh vitamins through injections can be effective, it can be expensive and have side effects.

Hgh vitamins through Oral Sprays.

There is no report or studies to indicate that increasing human growth hormone through oral sprays work. Using oral sprays, artificial HGH is sprayed directly into the mouth. There have been quite a few documented reasons as to why oral sprays are ineffective.
Oral sprays are said to be ineffective since growth hormone is a large, unstable molecule that cannot pass through membranes in the mouth. Also, administering the dosage is almost impossible with a spray. In addition, sprays have potentially dangerous binders and fillers as well - additives which experts think should not be used at all. Another disadvantage of using oral sprays is that they are distasteful, leaving an unpleasant taste in the mouth.

Hgh vitamins through herbal supplements.

Presently, there is debate going on as to the effectiveness of HGH Releasers. However, some recent studies have shown that some HGH Releasers are effective. They present almost the same level of benefits one would derive from costly HGH injections.

When using herbal HGH Releasers, a mixture of herbal supplements is taken in tablet or capsule form. Unlike injections or sprays, herbal HGH Releasers do not contain synthetic HGH. Herbal HGH releasers only contain natural herbal ingredients. The belief here is that the right combination of herbs can stimulate the pituitary gland, making it to produce more abundant levels of your body's own growth hormone.
Some experts believe that HGH Releasers are much safer than injections or sprays precisely for this reason. Rather than ingesting or injecting a foreign hormone into the body, HGH Releasers stimulate increased production of your body's own growth hormones. This in turn eliminates the adverse side effects you would receive from other forms of HGH replacement.
